Have it checked out first! Sales rep was nice/pleasant. He sent photos of the car and described it over the phone. Was told they "check the car out, service any safety issues, and clean it up" Had the car shipped to Nashville and the condition was: windshield washer tank was cracked and had multiple leaks in the line, missing a floor mat, only had 1 key (sales rep mentioned that but failed to disclose that the 1 key was the "valet key"), was 1 quart of oil low, the carpets were stained and dirty, and lots of scratches on the trunk.. They seem to "not notice" a lot of things. If you buy from them-have it inspected first. More
Arrogant Staff Rusty was my salesman and he was the most pleasant and helpful out of everyone. Very friendly and sincere. The rest of the staff pissed me off because they were very arrogant and were interrupting our conversations to correct Rusty. Very unprofessional. I am in management and would never talk to my staff like that. This was my first experience ever buying a car so I don't know how other places are but some of my complaints include the following: I put a down payment on the car so they can hold it for me until the next Monday because I had some issues getting my money together. I was told to call them a few hours in advance so they can prepare the car and wash it. I called six hours before I showed up there and the car wasn't even moved. When they finally did wash it they didn't do a very good job at it. I still have a sticky mark from where the paper with the info was taped to the windshield. I asked them to remove the sticker that says "AR Motorsports" and one of their salesmen rudely replied with "We don't do that". Um YES You do because YOU put it there and I want it off. You don't pay me to advertise your dealership. Another salesman who was actually nice I think his name was Brian said they will remove the sticker but asked me to write a review. NO PROBLEM! BUT there's a mark on my car where the sticker was because once again they didn't do a very good job detailing my car. Another thing was they only gave me one key. Really? I have to pay for the second one. Not acceptable. I understand that when I'm purchasing an used car it comes as it is but they didn't even change the oil or knew when it was last changed. I would think you would want the car in it's best condition even if you have to bump the price a little bit. Also one of the brake lights was out and I asked them to change it and they didn't. Then when I called to tell them they told me that all the lights were working when they checked them. Few minutes later they called me back and said to come in on Friday which was 3 days later and that they will change it for me. I don't have time for that. It should have been changed when they were "getting the car ready".In the six hours they had before I went to pick it up. Anyways, those were the things that didn't really sit well with me but most of all I didn't like the rudeness that was coming from some of the staff. Rusty and Brian were great as for the rest, they need to re evaluate their career choice because they are not very good at what they do. More

Darwin seemed to put genuine effort into his customer service, on the phone and in person. No pressure whatsoever. Financing went smoothly with Stan. No surprises. More
