My husband wasn't with me and Rahi did a great job working with me in person and my husband over the phone. A few of the cars I test drove from Independant dealerships had 1 issue or another. I also went to a few BMW dealerships in the area, and was very unimpressed with the service. My brother noticed on he AP website that they had exactly what I was looking for. We called the dealership, and spoke with Terry, who was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and began giving us information about the cars' history. Upon arriving at the dealership, we met Terry and immediately went on a test drive. I knew it was the car for me, so i bought it. Its a great car, still under the manufacturers original warranty. I dont think I have ever dealt with a salesman who was down to earth and a blast to work with. Even though I had financing in hand, i still had to fill out paperwork, and Jimmy was also a blast to work with. He explained to me all the "extras" that I could purchase in warranties and such, but never made me feel pressured to buy any of it. This was one of he best car buying experiences I have had and would recommend anyone to purchase a car from there! More

This is in stark contrast to the four or five other dealerships that we dealt with leading up to the purchase - who kept calling and emailing even when we told them that we would pass on their cars. Jimmy Diani came in on his day off to handle the financing portion of our vehicle and he was similarly laid back and did not push the protection packages or act like you were stupid for declining certain treatments the way that we've come to expect from other used car purchases. We would recommend Terry and Jimmy to our friends. More
