Great Customer Service This is my second time at the dealership and at this time, I bought Mercedes-Benz C230 at AP Fairfax. I wasn't sure when I saw the price online, so I This is my second time at the dealership and at this time, I bought Mercedes-Benz C230 at AP Fairfax. I wasn't sure when I saw the price online, so I email to know the availability of the car. and guess what? Louis was the first to call me in the morning to come over to have a look at it. He was ready to pick me up from a metro station to the lot. I drove to AP Fairfax lot and the welcoming smile on his face quickly sent me a signal of a good start. I wasn't sure by then either to buy a Mercedes or not, but his knowledge in cars and the quality of service he provided changed my whole idea of ignoring to buy Mercedes. I first thought the car has mechanical issues but Louis assured me there's nothing like mechanical problems on their cars. He make sure everything is fixed to the satisfaction of the customer. Truly to his words, I have no mechanical problem on the car so far. He get things done fast to ensure customers are satisfied. After my purchase, he always pick up my calls as usual to answer any question I have. Not like other dealerships when a transaction is complete, that's it. You have to drive to their lots for any further questions to be answered. I will definitely recommend AP Fairfax, but before anyone makes a move, you better make it fast because there's some BMW there that I want badly. If you make it fast, you might get it. Just call Louis and ask. If you don't, am going for it soon. Best Car Purchase Experience Ever I've always wanted a Mercedes Benz. Zack Owens made that dream come true. Love my car, the customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I wa I've always wanted a Mercedes Benz. Zack Owens made that dream come true. Love my car, the customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I was totally satisfied before I left, my credit union approved me for the vehicle at a certain interest rate, Mr. Owens manager told me, "I can have your car financed at a lower interest rate if you are interested." Of course I was interested, as he promised, so it was, I was financed at an interest rate of 3% less than my credit union. I was treated like I was their only customer, I imagine this is how they treat all of their customers. After I purchased my car, Mr. Owens stayed in touch with me to make sure I was satisfied. I needed an Owner's manual, he indicated that he would look for one for me, but until then, he found a PDF on line and contacted me, to inform me of his findings. Also since I did not have an Owner's manual and was not familiar with Mercedes he even made arrangements to come to my home when he got off from work to show me and my husband how to operate our vehicle. This is customer service at its best. Speaking of customer service, I must share this with you, regarding what he did for my co-worker she also purchased a vehicle the same day as I did. She was unable to drive to Virginia to pick up her car. Mr. Zack Owens personally drove her car to her in Washington, DC. After he dropped it off to her to took a bus to the subway station to return to his place of business in Virginia. I highly recommend you to go to AP Fairfax to make your next vehicle purchase. You won't regret it. I am so very happy, pleased and honored to say that I am a member of the AP Fairfax family. I am also encouraging my family to purchase their next car their.
