It is now 9 months and my 2012 BMW 528i is an issue. I was shown a carfax stating a rear end collision with minor damage to the rear bumber and I could see it. But it looks like the whole left side of the car was sprayed. so there might have been more significant damage than they admitted to, Not sure how that did not pop up on the carfax. I was shown a receipt of when it was taken to BMW of Fairfax for a thorough look over and there was no mention of a turbo issue. So now I get this error message about a malfunctioning drive train. I take it to BMW of sterling and basically I need a turbo fix at close to 4 grand. I also bought the car late in the evening so the natural light was not enough to look at everything I noticed now, so that is my fault. I admit I signed the bottom line, my fault but I feel like some of this could have been upfront. lesson learned. More

Stellar Service I met Zack Owens at another dealership a few years ago. He was such a professional I kept his business card with his cell number. When I was ready t I met Zack Owens at another dealership a few years ago. He was such a professional I kept his business card with his cell number. When I was ready to upgrade I called Zack and he invited me down to AP Fairfax. I had looked at their selection of cars on their website and had my eye on a Mercedes Benz. I made an appointment with Zack but when I realized I would be late I called to reschedule for the next day. Zack said, "Don't worry about it. Just come on out, I'll wait for you." Did I mention that this was on a holiday? I got to the dealership and Zack was waiting with a big smile and a handshake. Never mind that it was closing time on a holiday. He had the Mercedes I was looking at right at the door. He also recommended that I look at a few other cars that were comparable in price. In about an hour I was driving off the lot in my Mercedes, with a great monthly note and a smile all over my face. The car drives like a dream and yes I took the long way home. I am very satisfied with my purchase from AP Fairfax. Before I left the lot, Zack also took time to show me the key features of the car, how to lock in my custom settings and the nav system. Zack is a very knowledgeable sales agent and his ability to answer any question about the cars or the paperwork makes you more comfortable about your purchase decision. Let's face it, buying a car is a major purchase. You don't want to feel that you're getting pushed into something you don't need or that your salesman is not honest with you. This was the first dealer I visited when I became really serious about getting a Mercedes and within a matter of an hour of my visit I became the proud owner of the car. Service was swift and excellent. Jimmy was very professional and he did his thing fast and accurate. I will definitely come back and definitely refer other people.
