My only negative comment is that while signing the paperwork to purchase the car, I realized they only had one smart key; the other one was missing. Smart keys cost around $300, so now I have to purchase one myself. Shame on me for not asking in advance; I guess I assumed the car would come with two keys. Lesson learned. Overall, Louis is a nice guy, its a clean dealership, no issues with car or purchase. I would consider buying from them again, but next time I will ask all the right questions! More

Amazing!! I left work and I put the address for BMW of Fairfax on my phone and I ended up at AP Fairfax. I walked in there to make sure I was at the right place I left work and I put the address for BMW of Fairfax on my phone and I ended up at AP Fairfax. I walked in there to make sure I was at the right place and Zack greeted me. I told him I wanted to go to BMW of Fairfax to buy a car but the map took me here and he said well have a seat! He said it must be divine intervention! haha - well long story short I went there to get some information about buying a car and I walked out with a 335i BMW! I can say it's the best deal I've made in my life. My experience with Zack was amazing, it was my first time dealing with anything like that and he really took care of me.
