Wow!! I felt like a kid that just walked into a toy store! When I first drove into the dealership I did not know what to expect. To make a long story short, I happened to find their website on Wednesday, November 4th, 2015 when I stayed up late to find a vehicle that would make me happy. So, I sent an inquiry into AP Fairfax online with my name and phone number and immediately the next day, Thursday, November 5, I received a call from Zach Owens. I was searching the website and encountered their AP Fairfax website and listed was a 2012 BMW 535 and it made such an impression on me with the details and even though there was not a photograph posted of the BMW 535i, I was still convinced by the integrity of the dealership's biography. I was so impressed with Zach Owens when he first telephoned me as I was on my lunch break at the Dulles Toll Road. He was so reassuring and "down-to-earth." He did not sound like a "typical" fast smooth talking sales person. He was so sincere and he convinced me to come in that evening. On that same evening, I had an appointment in Laurel, Maryland to purchase the same BMW 535i, but Zach was so convincing that I should see his BMW instead of travelling to Laurel, MD that I decided to visit his dealership. They have the best luxury vehicles! Louis Acheampong was excellent! He is so helpful, kind and patient. Zach and Louis work so well together. Louis is so kind and patient and went out of his way to show me the "end-and-outs" of the 535. Louis told me that I can call his cell phone anytime if I have questions or issues regarding my BMW 535i. This is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with since I have been buying cars since 1980! Five Stars and thumbs Up!!! More
