Great front, poor follow through At first this dealership was great, very patient, no pressure, answered all questions and requests. They sucked you into someone who you could trust. But once they sell you the car and the sale is final that's it. In less than a week, my car failed state inspection for not one but two issues. One of the issues the car should have never been allowed off the lot. Yet AP Fairfax turned the other cheek and decided to sell it anyway. Then I had the car for less than a week and it started having trouble starting. Two days later, the car wouldn't start at all. I was stuck in the rain in a parking lot during the weekend. I called the dealership to complain about the obvious lemon they just sold me. I received nothing but excuses. Not one offer to help. No concern about one of their customers well being. No apology. Nothing but excuses. Extremely unprofessional. Once that sale is done, they do not give a crap about their customers. Unbelievable. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They will not have your back. More
