They were extremely accommodating when I requested the opportunity to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic, and went the extra mile to correct the few minor issues that were identified. Zack Owens was my first point of contact, and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. Ultimately, I closed the deal with Sayed Masumi, who was a true gentleman, an absolute straight shooter and a pleasure to do business with. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your next car purchase. More

It was refreshing to hear because of knowing of my son's previous bad experiences. I could see that Zack's straight-forward, pleasant and down to earth approach which immediately addressed purchasing concerns my son had put him...and me!...at ease. He was very helpful with insurance information, etc. He was all around helpful and an asset to AP. We would definitely recommend AP Fairfax and Zack Owens to anyone we know needing to purchase a vehicle. My son was very satisfied and got a good deal. I was not looking forward to having to deal with the high pressure sales process in visiting showrooms, looking at cars and then haggling over price. I was pleased with both the professionalism and low key approach of Zach Owens. Over a 10 day period I looked at different vehicles and came to the conclusion that AP Fairfax was the best choice among those I had visited. In my dealings with Zach he was a no nonsense sales representative who provided me the information I needed to come to a decision on the car that I eventually purchased. Once the decision was made, Zack facilitated the purchase and the administrative process was far less complicated and time consuming than I was previously accustomed to. In all, I came away with a car I am pleased with at a respectable price. Without doubt one of the better car buying experiences I have ever had. More

They lied about the car being undamaged and now won't own up The salesman was very nice however the dealership lied to us. The Carfax showed that the car was in no accidents and we were told the car was in perfe The salesman was very nice however the dealership lied to us. The Carfax showed that the car was in no accidents and we were told the car was in perfect condition. However after taking the car home, we learned that the car had been in an accident. They told us that the car was pulling right and would be fixed through alignment. We took the car to them 3 times and they pretended that they didn't know what was wrong. When we took the car to our mechanic, he said the car had $1000 worth of damage and had been in a minor accident however an accident no less. Now, I have been trying to contact them to get things sorted out as what we were told was not the truth but they aren't picking up my calls and aren't replying back. The car is great and they've offered to take it back but we'd be losing tax, the processing fee and extra money for mileage put on the car. Mileage that includes having to go back and forth between their dealership and my mechanic to try and figure out what was wrong. Had they told us the car had issues I wouldn't be writing this review. I wouldn't have to waste my time trying to get them to fix a problem they knew of. They still haven't owned up to their fault and it shows the true face of this dealership. They lack integrity and honesty. Please be very careful in buying a car that has a "minor" problem from them as it could turn out to be worse than they told you. Be careful even when buying a car in perfect condition from these folks. From my experience, stay away from them. If you get a damaged car from them, good luck trying to get them to help you. More

After extensive research, I find the vehicle that I really wanted at AP Fairfax. I was extremely afraid of the upside down value when trading in the vehicle- seeing that I just bought the car. Rahi was able to match my Carmax appraisal and put me in an immaculate 2010 Acura TL Technology vehicle with no problems. Its been a few weeks and I've received so many compliments on how clean the car is and how smooth it drives - no issues whatsoever on the car - even with 83k miles on it. In addition, I just looked and my other car note was been paid off completely in 2 weeks! - This dealership is very fast and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new car. I would definitely purchase from them again!!!! More
Poor Business ethics and practice I realize these guys have mostly excellent reviews and I was looking forward to a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I live about 75 minutes away and test drove a car that I liked. After about a week of debate on my end, I made an offer on the car that was accepted by the salesman and the general manager. I arranged to finalize the sale 2 days later when I would be able to get down to the dealership. I was even encouraged by the salesman I spoke with on the phone to NOT come down that day we made the deal because it was his day off and he did not want anyone else to receive commission on the sale. At no point in time was I told, asked or even recommended to put down a deposit, which I would have happily done. Clearly, this was all the company needed to to be able to use as an excuse for selling the car out from under me. On the next day, after spending the morning arranging a state inspection and insurance, I emailed my sales rep a question about the tag. The reply to my email was that the car was sold to someone else. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. At no point was I called, emailed or texted to let me know that someone else may want to purchase the car that we had agreed upon a purchase price and date for. I don't think what the dealership did was illegal as I did not sign anything or put down a deposit (as noted above, after being encouraged by my sales rep to wait until he was back at work to finalize the deal), but was clearly done in the name of a few hundred dollars more and not customer satisfaction. They are clearly not interested in making a customer happy. I also do not understand people who are saying that they were laid back and no pressure dealership. While my sales rep was that way, as soon as the manager came over to speak with me, he was pushing me to buy the car immediately, before obtaining a pre purchase inspection as any prudent buyer should do.
