Very Good Experience I worked with Zack and was able to buy an Audi Q5. I had already done a lot of research on both the car and this dealership and was confident when walking in. Zack was personable and made me a good deal. They were still buffing the car and there were a couple of spots where sap (or something similar) had worked its way into the clear coat and some other minor paint issues as well. Zack and Jimmy (finance guy) wrote up the paperwork to fix it for free and I bought the car. After going out of town for the weekend, I dropped the car off the next week and they repainted the hood, front fender and door to fix the problem. It was convenient and easy and they stood by their word. Zack is very motivated for feedback and actively encourages his customers to write reviews, and I think that's a telling trait. Only dealers who are going to do right by their customers actively encourage them to talk about the experience. And my experience was a positive one and I would definitely buy from AP Fairfax again. The pictures on their website actually told the true story of how the vehicles look. Some of them were 3 to 5 years old yet looked as if they just came out of production. Mr. Zack Owens helped me make a great decision & a great financial deal on a BMW 5 series that fit me perfectly. This car is 3 years old but looks as if it has never been toutched. Dead On I went through Cargrus and searched for the vehicle starting on Monday night , I found what I was looking for at A.P. Fairfax and inquired about it. T I went through Cargrus and searched for the vehicle starting on Monday night , I found what I was looking for at A.P. Fairfax and inquired about it. The next morning , Tuesday , I got a follow up call from Zack informing me that the vehicle was available . He sent me an application for financing and I filled it out and sent it in , He called me and said a representative from the bank would be calling to ask a few questions , which he did on Wednesday . Throughout the entire process he called me at least twice a day . Wednesday night I got a call from the finance manager and we went over the terms and what the process entailed ,then I talked with Zack again and we were all set except I live four hours away . So on Thursday . ON HIS DAY OFF , Zack picked me up form the train station in D.C. and took me to the dealership. Upon arrival the vehicle was sitting out front awaiting delivery. I took it for a drive and when I got back the entire process took less than an hour. There were no surprises and no hidden fees. Today , Friday . I got a call from Zack to see if I made it safely and If I had any concerns. More
