After a dozen chilly encounters with other salesmen, from Alexandria to Manassas to Leesburg, where almost no one offered their names when we walked in, the knowledge of any car we were interested in was scarce, and the name of the game was getting us to sign on the dotted line, we were introduced to Zack Owens. He couldn't have been a nicer guy. We knew he was there to ultimately sell us a car but his motives always seemed to land on the side of making sure that we were comfortable with whatever decision we made. After asking permission to take the car to an outside shop to have it looked at, he was nothing but encouraging. He takes pride in being completely transparent with his shoppers, which was a nice change of pace from the characters we had been dealing with. Dealing with Zack was a pleasure. More

Zack was wonderful; answered all of my questions, was very personable, and allowed me to take a thorough test drive of the vehicle. The car was in great condition. I was looking for a specific trim model Sonata and the car they had exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the car (yes, I know its only been 1 day) and feel I got a good deal. The showroom is open and comfortable. Customer parking could be better but it wasn't horrible. I would absolutely buy another car from AP Fairfax. Thank you Zack! More

Exceptional Service I purchased my new Acura MDX from AP Fairfax and I'm loving it. The love for this car is not only due to the appointments within the ride, but also from the exceptional service I received at AP Fairfax. Not only was Zack knowledgeable about the car, but he genuinely cared about me getting into the car I loved. I made a rash decision to purchase a vehicle from a different dealership and I was not happy at all about the choice after sleeping on it. Less than 24 hours later, I called Zack who I had contacted earlier in the week about the MDX. In about an hour and a half after arriving at AP Fairfax, I was leaving with my new car. That's right - test drive, paper work, and contract signatures were done that fast! They transferred kid's car seat from the old car to the new one while I was doing paperwork. I worked with Jimmy on the money part. You know how sometimes number crunchers aren't personable? Jimmy was very easily to talk to during the process. It was more of a conversation while going over the numbers. I also didn't have the ever changing monthly payment amount with each new form like I did at the other dealership. Zack helped me return the car I purchased the day before by following me to that dealership to ensure I wouldn't have any issues. WHO DOES THAT?! When people actually care about building relationships with current and future clients, they treat you like family. I've already told my family and neighbors about my experience at AP Fairfax. I will return there for my next vehicle. More
