I've purchased cars online before but only from manufacturer branded dealers, never from a "user ca Would I buy from this dealer again? ABSOLUTELY!!! I've purchased cars online before but only from manufacturer branded dealers, never from a "user car" dealer...So yes, there was some apprehension in purchasing this car sight unseen from an unknown dealer. When you call/buy ask for Faheem, he answered every single question I had and went way beyond the call of duty. I'm sure he was thinking "this guy is a real pain in the xxx"...He was honest and worked very hard for me to get a very competitive price, I knew the car I wanted (2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport AWD) and there were several available, so I knew the price range that the cars we selling for. Faheem worked with with Jimmy Diani, Finance to get me the deal I was looking for and I think AP got a fair price. So, I pulled the trigger and bought the car sight unseen. AFTER THE SALES and funds wired...Faheem followed through to make sure the car was all detailed and in show room condition. They did an incredible job fixing a couple of the wheels that had some curb rash. When the car arrived from the shipper it was EXACTLY as Faheem described it (he actually did a FaceTime with me, answered my questions as we reviewed the car and even pointed out things I could see over the phone) NO surprises!!! Faheem actually called me after the car was delivered to me to see if I was happy... knowing that I was over 500 miles away from the dealer!! Incredible!!! Buy with confidence!!! For me, these guys set a new standard for buying a car. More
