Bad experience I bought a 2013 BMW X5 from this dealership and the car did not pass MD State inspection due to Crack in the rotor and a bad windshield wiper. I co I bought a 2013 BMW X5 from this dealership and the car did not pass MD State inspection due to Crack in the rotor and a bad windshield wiper. I contacted the dealership to get the repair done. They told me that they are responsible for the repair because the car passed VA State inspection. They said me if I want it fix, I should split the cost with them 50/50 which I refused . I did the inspection within 3 days of buying the car iAfter consulting with my layer, I had a very good case against them, but I decided not to take a legal action because it was going to be a wast of my time. I have filed a complain against them with the Better Business Bureau. I wonder how these cars passed VA State inspection, because all these things are listed on the requirements as important. I stopped few of my friends from buying cars from this dealership. The sale guy (Jimmy) was very friendly. More

I was able to look at all the cars that I thought about and choose the best one for me. There was a problem with calling my own insurance company which took a few hours, making me feel so bad to be taking up so much of his time and making him wait, but through it all, he was always very patient and always checked on us to make sure we were ok until we were done. I am very satisfied with experience and would definitely make buy another car from him again. More
