Great experience purchasing through AP Fairfax I purchased a 2014 Mercedes E350 from AP Fairfax back in January. We drove up from Richmond to initially look at a BMW 335i convertible (I had been l I purchased a 2014 Mercedes E350 from AP Fairfax back in January. We drove up from Richmond to initially look at a BMW 335i convertible (I had been looking for about a year and the price was right on the one I had found). Turns out that wasn't the right car for me and fortunately AP had a wide range of other cars to look at. Jimmy set me up to drive a 5 series and the E350 and we decided the e350 was the right car (Although both cars drove great). AP coordinated the financing through SunTrust bank. It was simple procedure and we got a good rate. Here is the part that really impressed me. The E350 came with a factory installed DVD player with video screens in headrest. I didn't think to learn how they worked during the test drive. and after getting home we discovered that the system required a specific remote control and MB wireless headphones. I called Jimmy and explained the situation and he said sometimes the auction companies inadvertently hold onto them and he that he would investigate. It took a little time, but a few days ago, a brand new remote and two MB wireless headphones showed up in the mail. Thanks for the follow through Jimmy! I would definitely buy another car through AP Fairfax. More

Faheem made the car buying experience just right for us - he carefully listened to our concerns, worked with us on the price and most importantly shared all the information e.g. car fax, previous maintenance records, test drives etc.necessary to make a decision to either buy or not. i wholeheartedly recommend Faheem, If you are seeking to purchase an automobile- stop your search, save your time and get on the phone and call Faheem; he'll gently, but persuasively encourage you to visit the dealership and then be prepared to walk out of the shop with a vehicle. We did just that and believe it or not- the car buying experience with Faheem was professional and delightful and we are loving our "new" Mercedes. A quick plug for Jimmy Diani who walked us through the financing phase of the purchase as he was as supremely competent and polite.
