I reached out to AP Fairfax about a 2013 Audi A4 and was emailed immediately by Jimmy Diani from their finance department. He was very polite, professional, and out going. Throughout the whole application process he kept me updated and somehow managed to get me approved and keep my payments beyond reasonable. not only am I impressed with how clean and well maintained the vehicle is but he went above and beyond when everyone else turned me down. I went there with my mom thinking the process would take forever but he literally had every single thing done when i arrived to the point where all I had to do was sign and drive and was out in my new Audi in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend jimmy and the AP Fairfax family to anyone looking for a QUALITY pre owned luxury car. When I got the car home I found a large chunk missing from the sidewall of my tire and Jimmy is working relentlessly to get it fixed for me. Any other dealership would've told me tough luck. My First BMW I was in the market for a new car, something nice, sporty, different and affordable. Eventually I made my mind up on an e9x, either an apline white 328i coupe with red leather or an alpine white 335i with red leather. Eventually I found what I was looking for on a used vehicle search engine and the next day I was headed to AP Fairfax. When i walked in I was greeted by Faheem Malik, he was helping another customer but he politely said he will be with me shortly. I told Faheem what I wanted, and though it wasnt on the lot at the time ( I probably shouldve told them I was coming ) he ensured it got to the lot in a matter of minutes. While I waited, we started the application process to finance the car. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. The car had a great history behind it, service records and was in amazing condition. Faheem and his finance guy helped me get the best payment plan for the car; not only was the car affordable but so are my payments! Faheem was kind, professional and transparent with me throughout the buying process. I love my 2013 BMW 328xi e92 coupe! I will definitely return to AP fairfax when it is time to buy my first porsche! More

He not only waiting on me to get there after store hours he never once pushed me to buy the car. He was very up front in his information regarding the car and sales price. Even after the sale, I had an issue the final sales price compared to online and he made sure it was taken care of with Jimmy in Finance. Both worked hard to make sure I was happy without any pressure. Zach was so nice he even filled my tank with gas and ensured that I got to the interstate safely and in the right direction home.
