First and last time going to MonsterAuto This dealership is horrible, the fiance person is a crook. They added an extended warranty on my bill and I clearly stated I did not want to purchase This dealership is horrible, the fiance person is a crook. When i questioned him about it he stated if he had not included that feature, he would have had a negative sale and I didn't have to purchase the vehicle. The warranty should be optional and not added unbeknownst to the customer because the salesman wants a big commission check. They were very unprofessional at this dealership.
