After the one came off I pulled off the center caps to find 5 out of 6 lugnuts on every wheel remaining on the truck. I called the dealership to be put on hold for 30 mins. I emailed every contact I had from purchasing the truck. I had gotten a coworker to buy and bring me 6 lugnuts. Finally Johnny called me. Offered to tow it but I had already put the spare tire on. I managed to drive it to the dealership and they put stock wheels and tires on it for me to pickup. However upon pickup. You won’t believe it but yes. 5 out of 6 lugnuts on every wheel. I was very upset. I have two small children. Thank hod they were not in the truck when it happened. So after that I looked for the damages that were done such as rotor and wheel stud that was missing threads. Of course that was the one missing a lugnut. And the rotor that I had driven on the blacktop with was not replaced. Neither was the backing plate which was now square and jagged. This dealership refuses to respond to me after I showed the manager the damages he said my mechanic said it wasn’t damaged. Well he admitted it was damaged and asked if there was a local shop that would do the work. That the owner of the dealership was aware of this situation and would write a check after I get a quote for the damages. So naturally ok great. It’s been over a week and no response. I have called emailed and texted the repair quote. Do yourselves a favor and just stay away form this dealership. Keep you and your family safe. More

More than 3 days back and forth with text messaging and so many requests to talk to a manager, not even one phone call back. AMKO marks the vehicle price low to attract the buyers and on the notes which so many requests to talk to a manager, not even one phone call back. AMKO marks the vehicle price low to attract the buyers and on the notes which is far down in the notes, which you can't see unless you extendit fully, wants to charge the buyer $3,500 Fee plus some other fees. I made an offer with a sales person and repeatedly told me I will get a phone call from the manager but after 4 days nobody called. Not trustworthy and my humble opinion is tgis not an honest way of doing business.. More
