So as many other people have dealt with these in much the same way, I bought a truck from the temple Hill location a 2014 Chevy Silverado the same day I purchased the truck upon driving home the vehicle stal same way, I bought a truck from the temple Hill location a 2014 Chevy Silverado the same day I purchased the truck upon driving home the vehicle stalled and died then as soon as you turned it back over, it would shake uncontrollably I had to spend over $300 to have it towed back to them only to find out the warranty that was supposed to cover that tow only covers $100 of it but here it is I called them for a week before having it towed to get information about what I was supposed to do as they provided me no paperwork upon purchasing the truck after them having it for a week after that, I called to get an update I was told it was done and ready for pick up only to get there and find it still on a lift in the shop. Then I was told they would take care of me and all they’ve done is give me one headache after another and one excuse and lie after another still really wonder how a place like this is a business More

First manager was supposedly named Kevin. He sold me junk, took my trade in and left it to rot for months on their lot and blamed me for it. I had to drive 3 hrs back to the dealership and buy the car out cash to get rid of it. Cost me an extra 20k. Then Kevin said he did not work there anymore. Victor was the next scam artist at the temple hill location to ghost me and not call back or respond after he assured me he would. I have expired tags on my vehicle and no one responds for an update. I have literally called hundreds of times since June. If you would like a similar experience, roll the dice and grab a vehicle from Amko. Total classless losers. This place is a complete cesspool. Stay far away !!! More

My fiance might as well be an employee at this point because he is always back at this dealership. First vehicle sold eventually ended up with the engine being locked after 24 hours of having it. The second vehicle to replace this one was never inspected, brakes and rotors were bad, tires were bad. I told him to stay away!!!! Then two days before the temp tag expires, noone knows anything over the phone. He goes up there and the car has to inspected a second time which it ends up needing rear brakes which they lied about them being put on two weeks ago. They are dishonest and getting these raggedy cars from auctions without properly inspecting them before selling that at ridiculous prices. Just because people may be new to get a car financed or may need second chance financing doesn't give you the right to take complete advantage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! I will be moving forward with my complaint with documentation. More

Three weeks ago I bought a Yukon Denali within the first week of purchase. The check engine light came on. I took it back to Amko auto And they said they would fix it. The gas tank was empty and within a mile driving out of the dealership the check engine light came back on and when it Diagnosed the same issue came up within the next 2 miles my service suspension system alarm came on I’m putting it back in the shop again I would not recommend this place More

The car continued to shut off.I simply asked for a switch out for another reliable vehicle because I did not have the car for more then 3 days and they told me NO.I called day after day and I’ll give you one guess , no one showed any interest any at least helping me what so ever.I came to this place with 15K down payment and instead of making sure a customer gets a fair value, I was flat out told no way.Shortly after I reviewed the documents given to me with my attorney and noticed that they also put that I traded in a 2008 Cadillac car which I never owned.FRAUD Scammers at is best and what I got from this is that they don’t care and will do what so ever to put you in a vehicle regardless of if it’s runs properly or not.Once they have your money there is no interest in assisting you with anything.DON’T be like me , take your service elsewhere I’m WARNING YOU. I contacted the dealership looking to purchase one of the used Range Rovers they listed on their site. I received no response from my website inquiry. I then called the Laurel Md location and spoke to John used Range Rovers they listed on their site. I received no response from my website inquiry. I then called the Laurel Md location and spoke to Johnny who was able to answer my initial questions regarding the Range Rover. The following day I called and spoke to Johnny regarding an estimated value for my trade. Johnny told me he needed to speak to the person who handles vehicle trades and would get back to me. Johnny never contacted me. I called the dealership the following day and was told Johnny was on a test drive and he would contact me once he finishes with his customer. Again no return call. I contacted the dealership the following day and spoke to Johnny who told me they're very busy and asked me to text him the information regarding my trade. Which I did. Again no return calls or texts. At this point I've started to look for my Range Rover elsewhere. More

They texted me saying none of their vehicles have liens on it. I trusted them and drove an hour and a half just to find not only that they didn't have the car, they provided a copy of title that showed liensholder on it. Dealership appeared to be in order. However after purchasing an f150. The tire came off while driving down the highway. After the one came off I pulled off the center caps to find 5 out of 6 lugnuts on every wheel remaining on the truck. I called the dealership to be put on hold for 30 mins. I emailed every contact I had from purchasing the truck. I had gotten a coworker to buy and bring me 6 lugnuts. Finally Johnny called me. Offered to tow it but I had already put the spare tire on. I managed to drive it to the dealership and they put stock wheels and tires on it for me to pickup. However upon pickup. You won’t believe it but yes. 5 out of 6 lugnuts on every wheel. I was very upset. I have two small children. Thank hod they were not in the truck when it happened. So after that I looked for the damages that were done such as rotor and wheel stud that was missing threads. Of course that was the one missing a lugnut. And the rotor that I had driven on the blacktop with was not replaced. Neither was the backing plate which was now square and jagged. This dealership refuses to respond to me after I showed the manager the damages he said my mechanic said it wasn’t damaged. Well he admitted it was damaged and asked if there was a local shop that would do the work. That the owner of the dealership was aware of this situation and would write a check after I get a quote for the damages. So naturally ok great. It’s been over a week and no response. I have called emailed and texted the repair quote. Do yourselves a favor and just stay away form this dealership. Keep you and your family safe. More
