I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a car here. A bunch of fast talking, baiting salesmen. Kevin, was the typical saleman that we all run away from. Worst experience ever, bought many cars in my life but never imagined I'll see this kind lowest morale and shady car sale. Trust me my words about them are very mild compared to what they are. Here is story, they advertised 2020 Tesla Model X for about $76,990.00, we sent an msg that we are interested in this car, thru multiple hopping from salesman to another I ended up getting Jim.(sales person). He told me with all sugar coated words that the price quoted is base price, there is additional fee and with all extra inclusive fee, final fee would be $86,979 (cash), $85,484 (Finance thru their lender). Their lender will charge processing fee which would be more than $2K, if you use your band for finance, you will pay $86,979. Long story short, I decided to not pursue it. But Jim and other AMG people continued calling me and after a couple of days Jim called me again and said, he talked to again and they agreed that they are OK with $80K all inclusive, including delivery from NJ to CA. I told Jim that I would like to visit their showroom to see the car in person before paying them and would like in writing that all what we agreed. He (Jim) said he is ok with this and has consent with his manager to send me document stating agreed sale price with other terms and condition. He said in order to prepare the document he needs my driver's license that I emailed him. After receiving my DL he calls me and said his manger is busy for rest of the day and need to call it a day as well, so he will send me document first thing in morning. This morning he calls me and says he has 2 local buyers and it is first come, first serve sale, so unless I be there from CA to NJ in 1 hour, he will sell the car. If I'm still interested I'll moved to #3 buyer on wait list., Many of you think, why I did not pay hold fee and put the vehicle on hold. The answer of this is that it was part of setup from AMG Auto and Jim. Jim informed me since, I'm from CA and willing to visit them in 2 days in NJ on Friday (10/14/2022), they don't need any hold fee. I'm good without hold fee. My suggestion to you, pls make your judgement and don't fall pre to these people, they will do all tricks to cheat you, they have no business ethics. My mistake, I did not read their reviews before starting conversation. I would not have started the conversation if I would have read reviews at the start of negotiation. Pay a little more but be at peace More

I really wish I could give them a big 0 this dealership should not be in business I really don’t know how they are still in business I purchased a vehicle from them it has been a nightmare from day one the should not be in business I really don’t know how they are still in business I purchased a vehicle from them it has been a nightmare from day one the day of purchase on my drive home the vehicle that I just purchased leaves me stranded in the middle of the highway the vehicle is overheating and runs out of gas they did get the car towed back to the dealership they gave me the runaround for a few days I finally got my vehicle back now a month and a half Later I went to get the vehicle State inspection and to find out the vehicle is unsafe to drive someone welded the front control arm back together and both cv axles are broken I call the dealer I spoke the the manager on the phone she tells me to email him and that he’ll call me right back it’s been three days I still haven’t heard back not only did they sell me an unsafe car but know no one wants to respond. Everyone that works there is very unprofessional just take your phone this place is a nightmare I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went there! 🥹 spend $88,000 on a car and now I have to fix all these problems on this car it’s going to cost me over $3000!!!!
