I was looking for a Volkswagen Tiguan on line. I came across this 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan . Looked really good. Low millage, clean beautiful color. I called and talked to Gene P. He sent me more pictures of the car and answered all of my questions. He helped me thru the process of buying the car. Emailed me all of the paperwork the same day. I had the car shipped to my house in North Carolina.when it arrived within 2 days..It was just as nice as Gene P described to me. it was very clean and the interior inside was like new. Thank you Gene for making my online car shopping so easy. I would recommend AMC Auto to anyone looking for a great car shopping experiance. Especially Gene he was the best. More

I spend a lot of money with these people just to be treated like xxxx by the service department, SPECIFICALLY Yurisha (Jurisa) a female who works in the service department called me a b*xxx, told me to get out her office and said fighting words like “your not going to do nothing” and “your all bark no bite” all because SHE NEVER knows what she’s talking about like telling me I owe $250 until i get there to tell me i actually owe double and telling me the car is ready to get picked up then after driving 1 hour and 45 minutes she tried me tell me it’s not (BUT I STILL left with my car like i told her i would :)) I personally work with angry customers ALL the time and understand the frustration she goes through but I can tell you all first hand SHE causes all the problems that comes her way from that mouth. I don’t know what she was trying to prove but she didn’t put any fear in me, I only contained myself from what would’ve been very bad for her because they had my car & owed me a refund and i didn’t have time for the games that was going to be played after giving her what she deserves and because their racist and would’ve called the police and made me seem like the bad guy. While she’s trying to threaten me EVERYONE in the office ignored it but when i started talking and yelling back I was called ghetto and told to be quiet several times by some half a*s manager named Eugene that didn’t even ask me what’s wrong and NEVER tried to help. xx. I’d give 0 stars if I could … by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to… I read the reviews and should have known better. Called them before hand and asked if the car was good to go because we needed one I’ve ever been to… I read the reviews and should have known better. Called them before hand and asked if the car was good to go because we needed one asap and also asked about the additional fees everyone spoke about and Maria ensured me that the price was what it was and that the reviews and hidden fees were from a prior owner. We get there and the car needs all this work and then there’s fees too… if you don’t go with their financing at 12% then you have to pay $4k … if you pay cash you pay 4k… we drove two hours with a baby to get attitudes the entire time and leave without a car. Absolutely ridiculous … I’ve purchased 10 cars before and this dealership is a straight scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. More
