Customer service BAD!!!!! After we brought home our 2019 Infiniti realized they did not put the right tires(suppose to be run flat) on and there was no jack OR spare tire. How After we brought home our 2019 Infiniti realized they did not put the right tires(suppose to be run flat) on and there was no jack OR spare tire. How does this count as a “safe” vehicle. After numberous phone calls all they could say is it’s sold as is and is safe. What!!!!!! No spare, no jack....NOT SAFE!!! What was the $1600. Shop fee we paid actually for?????? To make an UNsafe car. Just make sure you go over your car with a FINE tooth comb because these people don’t care about you!!!! More
