They are the very best! Melissa Gamboa and Tripp Harper and everyone there -- Tom and Eddie (Mechanics) are absolutely the very best service center I have ever known! They a Melissa Gamboa and Tripp Harper and everyone there -- Tom and Eddie (Mechanics) are absolutely the very best service center I have ever known! They are knowledgeable, fair, fast, on time, diligent and friendly. They feel like family. I have never had a relationship with any mechanics or service centers in which they feel they are truly concerned about your well being, your vehicle, your money and all else involved. While in the waiting room this visit, another person at a 6 foot acceptable distance away said that he came to Nissan of Newnan because he didn't like the dealership he bought his car from. I assured him that he had come to the right place. Another customer in the room, also distancing himself, heard our conversation and chimed right in! He said he was so pleased with them as well, that he was probably going to keep coming back. I bought my NV3500 new there, and it now has almost 100,000 miles on it. It has held up very well with no problems, and it is in part because of the reminders and care that Tripp, Melissa and Karen (who sadly has left) have done over the past four years. I suspect that I will always buy Nissan from now on because of this experience and mostly because of the service center, and I have no doubt that as long as I stay in this area, Newnan Nissan is where I will buy from now on! They are wonderful! Outstanding! More
