I had an amazing experience yesterday. My car was stuck in park, unable to move. Eric Hartzog, the service director, came to where I was stranded and got my car into drive. Seat adjust panel Dissatisfied. Seat adjust panel came loose - apparently one of the attachments was broken. However it took the service tech three (3) hours to diagn Dissatisfied. Seat adjust panel came loose - apparently one of the attachments was broken. However it took the service tech three (3) hours to diagnose the problem - this seems t be a very extreme amount of time. An then to find out that it would not be covered by my 84 month/100,000 warranty was a shook; it is my belief that the part is not/was not designed to last under normal operating conditions. More
