I was able to make a same day appointment with only about an hour wait. After the service and after checking out and leaving the dealership, I recieved a phone call and was informed that the service technici an hour wait. After the service and after checking out and leaving the dealership, I recieved a phone call and was informed that the service technician broke my passenger side mirror. The part had been ordered, however, it was backordered. My main concern is that I was not made aware of this until after leaving the dealer. If i had not received a phone call i would not been aware that it had been damaged by the service technician. I will be more vigilant on inspecting my vehicle before leaving in the future. I am remaining confident that the dealership will make this right. Richard More

RICKY SIMPSON WAS AMAZING.
