Took my 2015 Rogue in for AC diagnostic. It wasn’t working the day before, but worked in the day I went in. Tripp, my service advisor said it would take a while to see if they could replicate the pro working the day before, but worked in the day I went in. Tripp, my service advisor said it would take a while to see if they could replicate the problem in order to know exactly what was causing it. After topping off the Freon and lubricating things, I brought it back home. Tripp and I discussed all the options, and if it ever does it again, I’ll go straight away to the dealership. I felt better about what to do after we talked. Tripp treats me and my car very well, and I trust him. More

Asked the dealer to fix the issue and paid 500 dollars for nothing. Tripp was kind and helpful but the problem was not fixed and I'm out 500. Seriously pissed.
