Sales mgr Marion Colquitt is a liar and not to be trusted. I was purchasing a Rogue SV for my wife's birthday this weekend. Sale person Santerria Harris and mgr Colquitt changed the signed deal four times. If I was purchasing a Rogue SV for my wife's birthday this weekend. Sale person Santerria Harris and mgr Colquitt changed the signed deal four times. If I had not promised my wife a Rogue for her birthday I would have walked out of the store. In fact, I did leave, but my promise to my wife was my commitment. Colquitt at one time actually told me, " if you don't like the deal then you can leave". Today, Tre Lawton the F&I manager called me and asked when was I coming back in to pay the balance for the car. I paid cash for the car and told him that I don't owe the dealership a balance. Tre later said that it was a mistake on his part. I'd spent a hour in the F&I with him on Friday. More

I Just purchased a 2019 Nissan Murano and the experience was awesome! Norman Davis made the experience very easy and not stressful at all. I purchased from out of state and he made the process smooth and co was awesome! Norman Davis made the experience very easy and not stressful at all. I purchased from out of state and he made the process smooth and communicated better than an establishment that was located down my street from me. They found me a vehicle better than what I was looking for with everything I wanted.Trey also made the process very easy to understand and explained things out for me when I got confused. I never once felt pressured or pushed into something I was not comfortable with. Everyone was very polite and just a pleasure to deal with. I just wanted to thank Sean Smith And Karim the general manager for such a pleasurable experience. I have never walked into a dealership in my life and walked out so quickly, unstressed, and not feeling like I got taken for a ride. I would most definitely recommend this place and the people I dealt with. I never make reviews but felt the need to highlight the abundantly clear patience, kindness, and exceeding of customer expectations at this dealership. More
