This service experience was the worst ever out of all the times I’ve come to this dealership. My service advisor was no where to be found and the other service advisor showed no interest in cashing me out an times I’ve come to this dealership. My service advisor was no where to be found and the other service advisor showed no interest in cashing me out and allowing me to pick up my vehicle. I stood waiting for about 6 minutes before i finally asked one of the other people to cash me out so I could return to work. More

Have brought our 2018 Armada Platinum in twice for recurring A/C fan noise. T ugh eave been unable to duplicate it, as it only occurs after the vehicle is driven over an hour. I know it’s difficult to replicate, but on the last service visit they left my vehicle parked behind the service department for over six hours...while I waited inside. I went outside and took pics of the vehicle numerous times during the day. We brought in a recording on the last visit, and were promised a call back and a told the recording was being sent to Nissan engineers. Also were told by a senior tech that they’d replace the fan as it’s the most likely culprit. We’ve heard nothing back, there’s no follow through on their promise, and the A/C fan still squeals. I believe they’re trying to delay till the vehicle is out of warranty. I can’t in good conscience recommend this dealer for service, as they’ve failed to honor their word. More
Quotes you a price then goes up on it. Sales people are nice but sales manger doesn't know what he is doing. Quotes you a price and goes up on it with in 40 minutes because you question the sales tax. Alabama sales tax is different than Georgia. The dealership manger will not call you back. Doesn't care about his customers. Should honor the price quoted first because the sales manger had the vin number for the vehicle when he quoted the first price. More
Walter from Finance dept was great. The service dept has some major personality issues with the salesman and customer. I signed the paper work around 11ish. I did leave until 6:20 ish pm, because the service dept got upset with my salesman and put my car at the back of the line to get inspected...dont know why it hasn't been done prior. If Mr. Walter wasn't involved i would have ended the deal and wouldn't have brought the car. Now they have lost my tag off my trade. SMH! So I give the service department a bad rating and I am disappointed at myself for giving another individual you phone number for a car. More
