Arrived at 9:09 AM, our appointment was for 9:30 AM. Checked out at 11:50 AM. Car was out in the rain, not driven into the shelter. This is my favorite dealership. But yesterday they dropped the ball. I was very upset!!! Don't mess up guys! The customer service was horrible. The facility is clean. Including the restroom. Sometimes you are deceived that a facility is clean until you get to the restroom. The staff is professional and friendly.
