On my last visit, I purchased a service agreement that covered oil changes, carwashes, and various other small items including 10% off major services (specifically 15, 30, 45, 75K). On this visit, with 73 covered oil changes, carwashes, and various other small items including 10% off major services (specifically 15, 30, 45, 75K). On this visit, with 73K miles on the odometer, they performed a 60K service (seemingly avoiding the 10% off). The bill for this, apparently, not major service was over $1000 including charges for the oil change (which should have been covered). They did give me a discount when I presented a different coupon that they had sent me, but getting the discounts and services promised was like pulling teeth. Plus, the car wash was embarrassing. They must have run it through a machine with brushes and didn't even make an effort to wipe off the places that were missed. In addition, after my last visit, I received several very unprofessional texts and other communications trying to sell me a car. I was very spoiled by the service that I had previously received at the Nissan dealer in Wilson, NC, but it made me aware of what good service entails. I do not plan to ever revisit this dealership. I was preapproved by Capitol One for not only my business but, also myself personally. I called the dealership to set up an appointment. I spoke with Wendy who scheduled me for a 5pm appointment. In speaking with Mr. Barral, I informed him that I was preapproved through my business and wanted to know what amount I approved for. He said, "That will be a little difficult". I then said, "Well if its to difficult for you don't worry about it". He then asked, "Do you want to buy a car"? I then felt pressured. Long story short, he never contacted me after he told me it will take several hours but, to stay by the phone. That was Thurs. at 6:30pm to day is Friday. I waited through the am on until after 2pm. That when I contacted Derek Felix (Sales Supervisor). He also, told me he would either call me or text me if he did or didn't receive any info. He never did. Several hours passed I contacted Kareem ( General Mngr.) waited for him to finish with person in his office. He also never called me back. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from this dealership! I will definitely pass this info to all of my clients. NEVER SHOP AT NISSAN OF NEWNAN!!! More

Would never go back there even though we leased a car from them! It was not a good experience… We sat for six hours and then they came back with a different payment than what they promised us! The salesman told us they would try to fix it but we have not heard another word! Even after calling to get an update, no response! It’s been at least three weeks and we don’t even know what the payment is or how to pay it! We will be buying another car by the end of the year; it will not be at this dealership!
