Here is the email that was written to the sales person and finance manager... Hi Hajalee and Derek, I just wanted you to know that before receiving even the paperwork back from you guys, and with less than 20 miles that I put on the truck, I noticed the temp. going hot. After cooling it off, I checked the radiator and had to add a half gallon of coolant. Then looking further I see a drip on the passenger side, with orange DexCool coolant.. hence, my water pump is likely leaking. I also wondered why there would be the blue/green coolant in the reservoir, when the vehicle specifically requires orange dexcool, and the two should never be mixed. Now I know there is no warranty… but Naj reassured me, in her trying to get a deal, that yes I might could get a car for 1 or 2 thousand dollars cheaper from an individual, but that going through your dealership, I can be assured that the vehicle was inspected thoroughly, and that we would have no issues. Let me tell you something… I used to be a mechanic.. and there is no possible way, if the car was inspected, that they didn’t see the water leak. I know that maybe you or they didn’t want to do the work.. just pass it off on the next gullible buyer.. save a buck or two.. but this is now twice that I have felt deceived and misled by your dealership, Nissan of Newnan, Georgia. Once, was through the website, when it said that the “drive out” price would be $10,595. Then when I get there, with $10,700 in cash on me, you guys tell me that it is $11,995. That’s not what was promised, so we left. Then Naj calls and messages me and finally convinces me to go with your vehicle, for $11,500.. with the assurance that it would be thoroughly inspected and I could trust the vehicle to be dependable through you guys, more so than getting a better deal through an individual. SO.. I truly feel that I still paid $1000 dollars too much, considering the work I will now have to do, and I am not happy about being deceived in two different ways. I do love the truck, and I will fix it.. I have to. But, because you didn’t do what a respectable and honorable dealership would do; which is to first give the correct drive out price, even on your website, and secondly inspect the vehicle properly, and at least disclose any problems that I know you would have found, had it been inspected like I was promised it would be. I am not happy with you guys, and I will leave any feedback I can, everywhere I can, and pass the word to others whenever I can, to spread the word so that others will not be “taken” as I believe that we were by your dealership… Nissan of Newnan, Georgia. P.S. My wife’s co-worker also had purchased from you guys, a 2017 Rogue, on the Saturday before our purchase.. and she also had issues with not being given the correct drive out price, and after threatening to just purchase it online, for the price she was quoted, you guys finally gave it to her for what she saw online. So that is two individuals, within one week, that feel you were trying to deceive them. Gentlemen and Ladies… that is very poor business practices.. and remember, God is in charge and watching everything you do. He will work it out for us.. but for those who practice to deceive, what a mighty web you weave and it won’t be as well for you. The leak should have been found upon inspection, if it was even truly inspected, as well as the deceit we felt regarding the pricing and their unwillingness to work with us, is still a thorn in our side. The classic bait and switch. They posted a price online then changed it as you drive in. Within 24 hours they changed the price four times, basically increasing the agreed upon price to squeeze as much as then changed it as you drive in. To add their "manager" Luis is extremely rude, made it feel like buying a car off this dealership was a privilege and I should be so lucky to get the chance to spend my money here. Kudos to their salesman Andrew M for being pleasant during this process. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. Overall, this was a terrible experience, not at all professional. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here. More

Bought a used vehicle and the clean up of vehicle was terrible. Door jams nasty. Back not vacuumed out. Cab and air filter were so nasty had to replace both. Papers said 70438 on mileage and when we got terrible. Door jams nasty. Back not vacuumed out. Cab and air filter were so nasty had to replace both.
