William was helpful, and showed good customer service. Everyone was friendly, and the dealership was clean and organized. My issues was when I went back to finance to review the purchase details, and sign away. I noticed the amount financed was much higher than expected. After further review a 5 year service agreement, AND a 100K mile extended warranty was added to the price, about an extra $5,600!!! No one EVER asked me if I would like to purchase these products. I caught it before signing. How many people just sign, and don't notice? I think that is what they are counting on. Every unethical practice to say the least. More
