Bought a used tundra on 2/21/22. Was told by the tech and service advisor that car was unsafe to drive and was lucky it did not kill me on my drive home with it. called the nissan of newnan and scott was quick to say lets get it fixed. after that i asked to speak with a manager. was given the runaround on getting to a manager and sent to a full vm box. called back sent to same full box. called back call ignored. called back hung up on. called from my wifes it went right to someone named amber who said she would help out. was told to call back 20 min later. called back 20 min later... was told it would be another 20min... 10 min later got a call from manager Nathan. they were not willing to fix the car so asked to get out of the contract. Nathan said he would call me back after issuing the refund in about 10 min. he called me back and sent me an email confirmation. no point did i get a "Hey sorry we sold you an unsafe vehicle" or lets make this right from anyone except from scott the sales guy. If you are in the market for this used tundra below check the driveshaft has been repaired before you get in it. More
