When my car was totaled and I was ready to buy, Nissan of Newnan was my first choice and I was not disappointed. I received great customer service from a very friendly staff. Nissan of Newnan has a wonderful and helpful staff along with a great facility. Wayne and Mike helped me get a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone. More
Bait and Switch? I saw a vehicle I was interested in on their website. I live 40 miles from the dealership so I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and I saw a vehicle I was interested in on their website. I live 40 miles from the dealership so I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and was physically on the lot. I was told that it was so I made an appointment with a sales person, after giving a lot of information about myself, my needs, my trade in, etc. When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically and was led in immediately. The sales person came out within a couple of minutes and escorted me to her desk. She asked me every single question that I had answered on the phone (so what's the point of the phone interview?) She then informed me that the car I wanted to see was about to be delivered to it's new owner (not me) and that she was sure they could find something else suitable for me. At this point I was not happy because I thought I had done my due diligence and while I won't go so far as to say I was lied to, I will say that it certainly felt as though I had been misled just to get me into the dealership. When I expressed this to them, the answer was priceless. I was not misled because the car was indeed on the lot and they would be happy to take me outside to look at it before the new owners took deliver. Amazingly, this was said with no hint of sarcasm. At that point, I should have just gotten up and walked away but I had invested time and gas getting here so I agreed to give them an opportunity to show me some other vehicles as long as they fit the criteria I had laid out. This included SUV, preferably Japanese, close to the price of the vehicle I came to see, etc. Not one vehicle they wanted me to look at was less than 5,000.00 more than the one I came to see. Needless to say, I felt that I had wasted my time and was not treated with the good faith and respect that any potential customer deserves. More
Great Car Buying Experience We were in the market for a new Rouge. We had visited another dealership and had a not so great experience. Needless to say, we left. We went to Nissan of Newnan a few days later hoping for a better day. What we got was above all expectations. Wayne Carroll greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He was warm, friendly, and the most "unpushy" salesperson I have ever met. He took time to show us exactly what we were looking for. Was knowledgeable about the car and it's features. When it came time to talk numbers, he and the rest of the staff worked out a deal the worked for us. I drove away with the car I wanted, the deal I wanted, and knowing I had worked with a great person. Thank you, Wayne. And, thank you Nissan of Newnan. More

I'll be surprised if this dealership last for more than 5 years in the city. Personally, I think the only way that it will last as if they do clean house with their management team. Everyone from Lane, to Steve, to Senthea. They are all condescending, and very dishonest. I would absolutely never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. More
