Good Afternoon! We spoke with our service manager and they gave us the history on your issue. Again we apologize for your lament of how everything transpired. We have met all our obligations and tried to go above and beyond to assist you. We also spoke with NISSAN CORPORATE and they advised us also that there was nothing to be done. You have Run-Flats and they are costly. We provided a price and there was no premature wearing of the tires. Again we apologize that you do not agree with the decision.

Nothing was done in this matter to resolve the issues. The tires are being replaced as of right now. There are still issues with the department outside of the tires. Any effort to actually resolve or correct the situation were not met.
