Poor customer service The service department has failed miserably. Neglectful technicians that need to have more training before this department should be called exception The service department has failed miserably. Neglectful technicians that need to have more training before this department should be called exceptional. Maintenance inspections at time of service are done incorrectly and carelessly. Have tried several times to speak with GM regarding this matter without any response. We purchased two cars from this dealership when they first opened. These will be the last two EVER purchased based on the level of customer care that we have received. More
