I made and appointment to talk to someone about doing a lease and Mr. Kelvin greeted me at the door and started with the best customer service I have ever seen. We started talking about a lease and he listen to all my ideas and thoughts on a lease. Then he should me with numbers how buying was the best option for me. I have always hated going to dealerships and dealing with salesmen, but I will always go back to Kelvin and the Nissan of Newnan. All the other employees I got to meet was very friendly also and will recommend this place to everybody. People who care I had the pleasure of meeting three of the best people who truely care about strangers. My experience with nissan of newnan was nothing less than exce I had the pleasure of meeting three of the best people who truely care about strangers. My experience with nissan of newnan was nothing less than exceptional people willing to break their back to take care of those that no other dealership can compete with the values and ethics that this company up holds. I briefly sst down with a sells representative and explained to him my situation and the price range i could afforx. Before i had a chance the man named Kris already had a determined attitude to help. He introduced me to a car that would stay close to my price range and when he pulled it up for me to take a look the quality of the vehicle was nothing less than exceptional. Shortly after he allowed me to take her for a drive and the vehicle drove as smooth as anyone could ask for. Apon our return back kris checked with his boss to see what they could do given my credit and the price range with 0 down and what i could allow as a monthly paymeny. To make a long story short before i knew it 2 more guys joined in and assisted with kris helping out with my situation. Although with deep regret i wasn't able to walk out with a vehicle off the lot these 3 gentleman had went through extreme measure in trying to get me a vehicle before i had to leave. Keep in mind i have bad credit due to recent circumstances and no way of coming up with a down payment they gave me an exceptional off that no other dealership would even come close to. Alot of people would call me stupid for turning down their offer which with deep regret knowing i had no room for era given my financial situation. I sincerely appreciate the help they gave from the bottom of my heart. When no other dealerships would help me out at all these 3 guys broke their kneck and was eager. As of now my commute will still be by foot by every step i take will be a constant reminder of why they will be the ones to get my businees in the future when the time comes and i am in a better financial situation with a down payment. These truely a second chance car lot and they will do whatever it takes to help those in need and i am more than understanding the reson why an agreement wasnt made was because MY personal reason NOT because they couldnt or wouldnt help. I recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone that reads this. I have already recommended them to others i know and will continue to do so. Excellent! A job well done by all. I went looking for a car that was the right price. And had the fuel efficiency I wanted. Nathan Hose spent a couple of hours showing me what was available. He was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me and show me the cars they had that would fit my budget. When I found one to suit me he made sure I understood all the details. Then the rest of the sales staff did a great job of getting me the best possible price. Overall these people's are what a car dealership should be. They also made sure that before I left the lot. That I knew where all the controls were and how to work them. All in all an excellent job of making sure I had what I wanted and could afford. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. When I need another car I most assuredly I will look there first. More

Tried them twice and both times they are disappointing On June 16 I submitted a truecar inquiry on a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. I was previously approved through Nissan for the college grad program. I was g On June 16 I submitted a truecar inquiry on a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. I was previously approved through Nissan for the college grad program. I was going all the way to South Carolina to pick up my vehicle but truecar said there were dealers in my area with great pricing also. The next morning I received a call from Nissan of Newnan. The young lady explained that they had numerous cars that were available at the trim level I wanted and that I should come in to start the process. I explained to her that I do no just show up to dealerships and wait in a room while the managers and sales people play back and forth games. I asked her to get my application started so that my info can be submitted under this dealership since I already know I'm preapproved. She told me that I could fill out the credit app and I then asked would she call me back and let me know how much so I can tell her the car so that can be out the way when I get there. She informed me that they do not pull credit unless you INSIDE the dealership for privacy reasons. EXCUSE ME? Its 2016 and your dealership has an ONLINE credit application. There are dealerships where you NEVER see a person AT ALL (Carvana, Vroom, Etc.) but you cant process my app if I send you my details ahead of time so that part is done BEFORE I have to sit in an office for 3 HOURS while you talk to the bank. So if your not going to do anything until I drive 40 MINUTES out of my way to get started I don't feel compelled to even drive in that direction. Needless to say I told her no thanks and found another local dealer (Conyers Nissan) much closer that did 90% of my deal by phone and email and when I got to the dealer all I had to do was test drive the car and sign my paperwork. My second trial was trying to help my niece go through the college grad program as I did on Monday. Since she lives a few miles from this dealer I told her to try them. This time we got a totally different reaction to my request to submitting her documents through email and Katie took her app over the internet and said we have everything and she can just come in. I called in and spoke with Britt and she said that she will take care of her and that they were waiting for her to walk in to finish everything. Since she lives close I say go in and give them your ID and get the ball rolling. I get my kids ready, drive 40 miles from Conyers to Newnan and the finance manager is saying her check stubs are different fonts. I look at the stubs, as I am a Computer programmer and ask what do they mean? The stubs were scanned into the computer and one shows up darker than the other but the FONT is exactly the same. The stubs CLEARLY show where her checks were torn from the bottom and cashed so what exactly is Nissan saying. Now here is the bait and switch, they NEVER SUBMITTED ANYTHING TO NISSAN, this information was just a discussion between the two finance guys, never the bank. The two finance guys are giving us the run around and saying well the bank is closed and we have to speak to them personally to get this approved. Um, hello? You're not speaking to an idiot. You are lying and I see that you just made me drive over 40 miles to be played with and to disappoint my niece on her first purchase of a car. Why tell us to even come at closing if you knew that for 1. the person we spoke to would be gone 2. The bank is "closed" and there could be no qualification done at that time 3. That you wouldn't even TRY to submit the application at all. After all this my niece got really upset and asked for all of her paperwork back and we left the dealership. I did speak with the one salesperson named Kelvaleski Davis left who was extremely nice and apologetic so that was a bight star on a dark night. I wish I knew the two men in finance to put their names in here also, as their customer service was subpar. This experience has left an EXTREMELY sour taste in my mouth for this dealership and I actually spoke up the College grad program up to a few of my classmates that live in that area but I will make sure that I send them elsewhere because its obvious that customer service here is done by bait and switch. More
