Good Morning! Thank you for visiting NISSAN OF NEWNAN. We apologize for your recent experience and understand that you traveled a long way to get here. TRUECAR is a great program and we are proud to be a TRUECAR CERTIFIED DEALER and one of the top performing dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area. We have no reason to hide any and ALL information from our customers and service public. We understand you where looking to help your niece, TAILA WOOD, purchase her first car. You both spoke to a couple of our BDC reps and they got your information initiated and scheduled the appointment. Here are the details that was explained to us: A) Your niece qualifies for the NISSAN COLLEGE GRAD PROGRAM and can provide all the necessary documents. B) She makes $81,000.00 per year and works in Logitics for SAIA. C) Can provide paystubs and all necessary documents for verification and approval It was also mentioned that Conyers had her approved. When you and your niece arrived at the dealership we proceeded to work the information that was relayed to us. The first hurdle was your niece had a Zero beacon score cause she had no established credit history. We then went to verify the income based of the paystubs that was not physically on hand but had to be retrieved via email. Here is what we found and had to further verify for the bank. A) The stated income was $81,000 ANNUALLY. The pay-stub reflected a gross income tracking of $111,000.00. Also yes the fonts where not matching which is very inconsistent with a TRUE PAYROLL check stub that would not be emailed to employees. As did the income which is a BIG RED FLAG for the banks. B) When asked about employment, you r niece stated she is in the transportation department and could not provide the actual title. The application said LOGISTICS. C) Could not provide a copy of DEGREE or CERTIFICATE for COLLEGE GRAD PROGRAM. Nissan REQUIRES that this document or these documents be received upon time of sale. We then decided it we could create another option by having your Aunt co-sign for you on the loan. She was also a Zero beacon whose credit appeared scrubbed since all the credit history was brand new with it all being established within the last year. It was also mentioned that she recently had a 4 month old baby but the pay stubs nor work history reflected any maternity leave. Which would have to be granted and would automatically reflect on your income statements. With those factors we tried to get further verification from you and your niece but we where refused and the deal was over. We tried all we could to secure a car deal and we gain NOTHING from customers visiting our store and we try to fool or mistreat them. That does NOTHING for us as business and is completely counter productive. As such our Managers and staff will always maintain the integrity of our business and will not participate in fraudulent activities. We are not a buy here pay here, and do not make the final approval decision. That is determined by the banks. But we will not misguide them with bad information. We thank you for visiting NISSAN OF NEWNAN and if you have ANY questions please do not hesitate to give us a call.

I honestly don't know what kind of GAMES you all are playing but I can see that this dealer trusts people that are juvenile and tacky to respond to reviews. I have given NO personal information to the general public about any of the people that I have dealt with, such as address, tag numbers, phone numbers, salary and type and color of vehicles driven. In all actuality, a quick google search can provide me and the general public with such information. But that would then open me up to liability as your response has to your dealership. I understand that you may take it personal that I have submitted a NEGATIVE review but your response shows how JUSTIFIED I am in my feelings. Your response is not signed, has a consistent negative tone and seems to take things very personal even though we are conducting a BUSINESS transaction. There is NO room for personal feelings in BUSINESS but I see that you have not learned that in the course of your career. I hope that your future customers read this response and see the type of facade that this company is presenting and stay FAR AWAY from here. And if your response gets posted to the internet, here is FAIR WARNING that I WILL FILE a civil suit against this company as a whole for providing SECURE INFORMATION to the internet about financial and personal matters that a disclosure was signed for by the company and both my niece and I. Also, I find it completely convenient that you skipped over my first interaction with your company and did not deny any of the facts that I stated. And your response shows future customers that it is all about money for you, it's never about the customer service. Furthermore, as your finance manager, his assistant and the salesman don't have to lie about what was said and what happened, there is a video that you can pull and find out the truth. And by definition, provided here http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/font the font was the same. Don't try to outsmart a smart person, you only look foolish.
