Wonderful customer service!!! I truly cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. My husband and I originally took our car to a different shop due to transmission issues and h I truly cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. My husband and I originally took our car to a different shop due to transmission issues and had the worst experience with “the other shop”. They basically did not properly fix the transmission after several attempts and ended up causing more damage to our car in the process. All of this to say, I brought our car into Nissan of Newnan to have them inspect the work on the transmission by “the other shop” which I had a feeling was still not right considering all of the horrendous issues we had with “the other shop” from start to finish, and also to fix the other issues “the other shop” created (misaligned steering wheel). Tripp Harper was our service advisor and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! They identified several issues with the work done on the transmission and fixed it all within 2 business days! They also paid for me to have a rental car during this time (which only ended up being one day as it was ready at the end of the 2nd day) and the entire rental process was so easy and quick thanks to Nissan of Newnan. They took care of everything and Enterprise had me in and out of the door in 10 minutes. After fixing our car Nissan of Newnan even cleaned the exterior, vacuumed the front interior of the car and put some gas in my tank as I had been in a hurry to get to work and ran low on gas right when I dropped it off (sorry about that!) AND changed the oil all as a courtesy. They test drove it (which “the other shop” did not do as evidenced by driving it away and having the transmission fluid leak out everywhere) to ensure that everything was working properly. Tripp also took the time to thoroughly explain all of the car issues and work done to me and kindly spoke with my husband that same day so we were all on the same page. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The customer service experience with Tripp and Nissan of Newnan was above and beyond!! I am SO thankful for them after all of the stress, time and money wasted with “the other shop”. The customer service was night and day between the two. My husband and I will be sure to take our cars here from now on. Thank y'all so much for treating us so well! More
I regret buying my car here. If I could give this dealership no stars, I would still give them ONE, but only because of their service rep Karen. Literally, she has been the ONLY good thing about this dealership. However, get to the sales rep, finance and the manager on duty, the rest of the stars are retracted. They take advantage of someone who doesn’t have lots of experience in the car buying. You will do a TON of waiting (I was there for about 5 and half hours just sitting there waiting for the salesman to talk to finance, manager etc) the finance man is the worst part. He wants you to just sign without explainin, and when asked to explain, he was VERY obvious about it being annoying. He talked to me like I was some rotten teen that needed scolding. Like, what in the world man? It’s been a year so I don’t remember his name. I just know he was a tall, thin older man. There were some problems with my NEW car, that they said “oh just come in Thursday. I’ll be here and we can fix all that”. Yes, I know, dumb me listened. They sales rep had that day off and they could not fix the problems. I was met with “well you already signed for the car. There’s nothing we can do” but throw out that beautiful lemon law though, and you bet they had a whole new attitude. It’s not enough to redeem themselves though. As I wanted a specific car that I didn’t know I could get if I stuck to my decision. Lesson learned though. there was a lot with this dealership that I could go on. Just do yourself a favor and stick with the car you want. If you feel like something is wrong/off, it probably is. Don’t listen to them and agree to come back on another day. Don’t sign that paper no matter how mean the finance guy is when he is pressuring you to sign it, if you don’t feel like you are ready. They WILL take advantage of you. That’s honestly most dealerships though. It’s also HIGHLY annoying that they ask you, yes they ASK you to give them the highest star rating. I simply HATE when they do that. Ask me to take the survey, sure. But don’t come out and say “give me 10 stars”. What?.... anyway, I digress. Just do yourself a favor and don’t come here to buy a car. However for service it’s not too bad. But only if Karen is your Rep. More

No stress, very time efficient! They ask what you're looking for, they find it...price,color,size etc. You can process most of the prequailfication paperwork online. The dealership is amazing ,has a movie theater and awesome waiting area. They work hard to get you what you want. More
