Third Visit..Disappointed When I arrived at the service desk, I was asked by the associate if this was my first time paying for service. It was my first time paying since my fi When I arrived at the service desk, I was asked by the associate if this was my first time paying for service. It was my first time paying since my first two oil changes and tire rotations were included with the purchase of the vehicle. I feel that the associate was trying to upsell me on services since it was my first time paying. I told the associate that I only wanted the oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled. I also had a coupon for those services for $39.95 that I had verified as valid with the associate who had called me to set up my appointment. The associate at the service center then informed me that he could not honor this particular coupon but could honor another one on the same email I had received for $64.95. He said it was because of the particular oil that I have to have for my car. He then continued to try and talk me into getting additional services for my vehicle that I had already declined. The waiting area in the service department is very clean and well maintained. After my car got finished in a timely manner, the associate again told me to make sure that I got the services (changing of the air filter) done to my car that I had declined. I will make sure that I have the air filter changed, but I am unsure if I will be returning here to do so. I have never had the feeling of being taken advantage of because I am woman at a car dealership before, but I sat in the waiting area with that feeling. I will make sure if I return to bring my husband or let him take my car in because I do not want to come back to the dealership alone. Why would an associate even ask if this is the first time paying for services? This was the opening line for this associate, and it immediately made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. It is really a great disappointment because I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Nissan of Newnan before this service appointment. More

Much better than Union City Location I have been taking my Rogue to union city location for 2 years now and have always left disappointed by the service. I decided to try Newnan based on I have been taking my Rogue to union city location for 2 years now and have always left disappointed by the service. I decided to try Newnan based on reviews. I was happy to actually have WiFi that worked, a movie theatre, a whole separate space to sit with my child and the service agents were very attentive and even vacuumed my car at the end. It took 1.5 hrs but that was estimated time initially and they lived up to their word. I am moving closer to Newnan soon but will return here regardless because I was pleased. I used to take my previous car to Jim Ellis Hyundai and was always pleased with the facility and service. I’ve finally found a Nissan location that matches that standard. More

Need to Get Everything Working We went for an oil change. The service rep, Christi, was awesome even though she was short-staffed and busy. She did a great job. Overall time for oil change was better than the last time. It was an hour+. The big disappointment was the theater room. We asked several individuals to fix the movie and if it was possible to get popcorn. Both times, we were told they'd be right back, however, after over an hour wait, NO ONE came to fix the movie or even to let us know. My thought is...if you have this available for your customers why isn't it working? More
