I was not phone when the vehicle was ready. I was told they sent a text msg, it was to my home number. They always have the car was washed it never is. We were in the market for 2 new cars ( one replacement and one additional). We already own 2 Nissans. Our sales person (Chris)was 5 stars, knowledgable, heard our questions and attempted to answer them. and one additional). We already own 2 Nissans. We won’t buy from this dealership again. Our questions were not answered appropriately, We were called back to resign due to their error. The 2 people we dealt with were in a hurry and rude and and at one point when we were reading the loan papers before signing the impatient finance person said if we were going to actually read them we could step outside to read it and he could help the next customer. Pretty sure that violates financial consumer protection laws. More

Nissan Newnan serviced my daughter’s 2014 Versa. I was concerned that issues would not be identified. The service area was busy but the service manager stepped right up to ask how he could help. He quickl concerned that issues would not be identified. The service area was busy but the service manager stepped right up to ask how he could help. He quickly identified himself and informed me which service rep would be assigned to me. The rep was on the phone handling another customer’s situation. The service manager escorted me to his office and started typing and asking questions. He gathered all details and informed me the mechanic would need a few minutes to diagnose the mystery sound. The service manager escorted me to a theater room to watch a movie. It took just a few minutes and he came to get me and explained what needed to be completed. I gave permission for the work to be done. I went back to the theater room and enjoyed the movie while the work began on my daughter’s Versa. I was given a full explanation of all the work and suggestions on future options. I was pleased I had a great experience at Nissan Newnan. Work was completed on same day, January 29, 2020. Service Rep was James Tripp Harper. Paper work stated work order created by Sheree Spradlin. My thanks to the Service Manager! Very professional staff members!! Has the part in house, fixed within an hour and a half, great experience!! The shuttle was ready when I was both ways and the man driving the shuttle was very nice. Overall best experience to date.
