Worst experience ever with a dealership. Unprofessional staff, with apparently no knowledge of anything. Once deal for car made (over 2 hours already) spent over an hour signing paper work only to be told just prior to finishing, the finance mgt remembers that they can't accept out of state checks. They knew I was from Florida and using a personal check and financing from the start. Now we have to come back, 6 hour drive each way, to deliver a cashier's check. Now It's been over 6 weeks since obtaining the car, and I still can't get a Florida tag since I still haven't received the title (car paid in full now). Every time I call I get put to a voice mailbox to leave a message (no live people to talk to) but can't leave message due to "box is full." When I finally get a manager to talk to he says "I'm new here, I don't know anything" and that corporate handles all the titles. He gives me another number to call and of course that one is "disconnected." Unbelievable this dealership is able to stay in business, since they have no idea how to run one. Don't deserve even the one star More

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. When they replaced the tires and brakes, they installed the absolute lowest-quality options. While the tires were technically “new,” they came from a brand with extremely shallow tread right from the start, making them feel worn almost immediately. The brakes were just as bad—within three weeks of normal driving, my wheels were coated in thick black brake dust, which clearly points to very poor-quality brake components. The delivery process was a mess. When I went to pick up my truck, it wasn’t ready, so they gave me a loaner vehicle. Then they called and said they needed that loaner back, forcing me to drive 45 minutes from Carrollton to Newnan just to return it. After that, I was given a second loaner for a day or two before finally getting my truck. When I eventually picked up my vehicle, it took forever just to get the keys. The truck had only a quarter tank of gas, and within a week the battery was completely dead. The battery was no longer good and had to be replaced out of my own pocket—one week after purchase. Now, over a month later, my temporary tag is expired. The DMV has confirmed the delay is on the dealership’s end because the correct paperwork hasn’t been submitted. When I try to call, I can’t get anyone on the phone unless it’s sales. It’s very clear that once they had my money, customer service was no longer a priority. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership, and it will absolutely be the last. They are far more concerned with selling cars than taking care of customers after the sale. I would not recommend Nissan of Newnan to anyone expecting accountability or follow-through. More
The folks they've got on staff are especially friendly, they gave me all the information I needed, while being kind at the same time, and they even invited me to test drive the car myself they gave me all the information I needed, while being kind at the same time, and they even invited me to test drive the car myself More
I found a car on the ALM Newnan website. The website gave a cash price on the car, which they said included everything including DOC fees. When I called them to purchase the car, they increased the price of the car by over $4,000 dollars. They added in allot of extra charges including a $950 DOC fee. I told the salesman it was false advertising, and he quickly put his manager on the phone who decreased the price by $2,000. I still paid $2,000 more than what they had listed as the "out the door" price on their website. My second issue is that I told them my state only gives 20 days to register a car purchase, after that, they start charging a late fee., and they don't use temporary tags in my state. A temporary tag is the quickest way to get pulled over by the. police. I called the dealership at least 8 times trying to get someone to give me info on mailing my title. I never got a call back. I then called the "title" girl who said the dealership has not sent over the sales agreement, She needs that in order to mail the title to me. After another week went by, I called the title girl back, she still has no info from the dealer. The title girl gave me her managers email, and said her manager always answers her emails promptly. I emailed her manager a week ago and have not heard back. Its going on 30 days now and I can only hope someone gets off their xxx and sends in the paperwork to get my title mailed. More
The Dealer would not honor their online price. Tried to get an out the door price and they gave me one with bogus fees like ceramic coating fee of $3000 and VIP package of $2000. I did not want Tried to get an out the door price and they gave me one with bogus fees like ceramic coating fee of $3000 and VIP package of $2000. I did not want these fees. I did negotiate a OTD price, only for them to call me and say they wouldn't honor it a day before I was going to go in and buy the vehicle. Keep in mind the vehicle had been sitting on their lot for 9 months! Never fully felt like this was a trustworthy operation. More

My daughter and I purchased a 2025 Nissan Sentra SR from ALM Nissan Newnan, GA on 10/13/2025. My daughter was in contact with salesman Anthony & the Sales Manager Bobby for 2 days prior to us making the 2-hour trip to their dealership. She was VERY clear, including in texts, that I am elderly & have panic disorder & many health issues, therefore the trip to their dealership was going to be a challenge, but one willing to take because their offer/terms were great. After the sale I had many concerns I wanted addressed, that still have not been: *The vehicle not completely ready to go, as promised. What should have taken no more than an hour turned into a 5-hour ordeal. *I was not provided with the second key, the owner’s manual, or the ORIGINAL window sticker before leaving the dealership! *The original window sticker, I did not see it, remove it, nor did I give the dealership permission to remove it. *They fraudulently put on the paperwork the vehicle had 10 miles when we took delivery, it had 39 miles on the odometer. *There were several settings in the car I did not understand or know how to work & when we went to look for the manual, that Anthony promised was in the glove box, it was not there! My daughter was ahead of me in her own vehicle. *How did they not have the second key available on a brand-new vehicle? *Why do they offer Nationwide shipping (free to Georgia drivers) on their website? As many times as we let, Anthony & Bobby know that making trip was going to be difficult. *$1295 PROTECTION PACKAGE added to the deal after we explicitly told them we did not want & could not afford any add-ons! Nissan Corp & Wells Fargo are both looking into this. *The rear bumper is a different shade of white from the rear fender it sits against? I am of the opinion that the vehicle was either wrecked/damaged/vandalized & ALM Nissan Newnan repaired it in-house & sold the vehicle as new, this would also explain the discrepancy in the mileage. They are a new car dealership, this is what they do every day. Forget trying to call the dealership; you cannot get one person to pick up the phone, all vm boxes are full! The ALM Nissan website doesn't even list their staff or how to get in contact. I have contacted ALM Nissan Newnan numerous times about issues with the sale & the vehicle itself, including: *No Owners Manual *No second key *No Original Window Sticker *The discrepancy w/ the mileage *The brakes are extremely squishy *$1295 PROTECTION PACKAGE *The rear bumper is a different shade of white from the fender it sits against. I used their websites CHAT feature, GM David Ray called me. He said that we would have to drive back to Newnan to get a new key cut & programmed, have the brakes checked, receive the manual, get a PRINTOUT of the window sticker, & have the rear bumper looked at. The only compensation they were willing to offer was to refill our gas tank & provide a loaner. *UPDATE* We went back to ALM Nissan to get the key, a manual, & to have the brakes and bumper checked. I had corresponded with David Ray for days before this visit & he even asked me to wait until Monday to ensure that he & the service manager would be there & able to get us ‘in/out’ as quickly as possible, we set a time of 9:30am. What a JOKE! When we arrived @ 9:25am no one knew anything about our appointment. I emailed the General Manager David Ray and he said he was in a Zoom meeting and would be out soon. That never happened! 4 hours later, when our vehicle was ‘done’, we saw our car just sitting in the service bay, waiting, after another 20 minutes of standing around asking for someone to close out our ticket, the Service Manager finally came out, handed us the new key, the manual & said that they bled the brakes & put fresh fluid in them, as a courtesy, & to have a nice day! In summation, ALM NISSAN NEWNAN, GA is the most unprofessional, ill-run, shady business I have had the displeasure of dealing with! I would recommend BUYER BEWARE! More
