Before going to Georgia Motors, I have given up on owning another car, well Don told me not to worry, it will happen. Sure enough, less than 24 hours, I was driving. I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2008 from Georgia Best Motors about a month and a half ago. My experience with them has renewed my hope that purchasing a used car from a dealer can be positive. Tyler Shambo helped me with the selection of the car. He was patient, available, resourceful, and friendly. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward. What he stated, he backed up with actions. I decided to take the car to a mechanic to avoid any surprise. They recommended the nearby Nissan dealership (which I highly recommend at less than $100). When we took it there, they found several issues from needing a couple of new tires to an engine light issue. I was pleasantly surprised when they I returned the car to GBM that they would take care of most of the list for me, including all the big items. They did the work within a week (slight delay with the engine light issue). Another issue came up with the intelligent key system. I went to sync it at the dealership myself. There was a problem and I had to spend almost $200 on it. GBM, thanks to Marc, despite a few weeks' waiting time, reimbursed me the whole fee, as they said they would, even though I had already paid for the car. So, for me, you have a great car at a good price, sold by a friendly, competent, and trustworthy team. Thank you, GBM! More

The over all service was great. I spent most of the time figuring out pricing on the phone. There were very few mishaps and miscommunication on both parties, but it wasn't Tyler's fault.
