First of all, you never get what you want for your trade in, however I have to say that the price that was offered was fair considering the mileage that was on my trade in. I just took me moment to realized the true value of my trade in. The prices for their vehicles are well within market value for those cars or better. Believe me, I searched several dealerships for the vehicle that I ended up purchasing, and no one came close to the prices that were offered by ALM. The sells person, "Carl" was very knowledgeable of the of the vehicle and was able to point out various features. The finance officer, Will Green was also helpful. He worked diligently to find financing for my vehicle. The General Manager, was also straight forward during the negotiating process. Purchasing a vehicle, can be a very difficult process due to all the factors involved, such as negotiating price for new vehicle, trade-in value, and financing. Overall, I'm very happy with the car buying experience with ALM, South in Union City. I will definitely consider them when purchasing my next vehicle. DJ More

Our experience with GBM has been a series of peaks and valleys. On two different occasions we thought we had a deal in place (and we received a Bill of Sale) only to be told that the deal had to be cance valleys. On two different occasions we thought we had a deal in place (and we received a Bill of Sale) only to be told that the deal had to be canceled. As it turns out, one of the Car Dealers was planning to illegally purchase our trade-in and flip it on his own outside of the dealership and without their knowledge. When the dealership got wind of the side deal, we were informed that the deal was off (even though we had the Bill of Sale). Ed was helpful in trying to assist with getting to the bottom of the situation, but the dealership was still unable to meet the original conditions offered by one of their representatives. I would hope that (a) dealers would be more forward with information (B) dealerships would stand by the deals offered by their representatives. I would NOT recommend dealing with this dealership. GIven the number of dealerships in the ATL area, you are sure to find better people to deal with elsewhere. More

You guys are really hidden down there in a car lot BARELY visible from the highway! Having found this lot at long last, I was delighted with Billy's openness with the important insight concerning this vehicl visible from the highway! CarFax alerted us to the past accident, Billy clearly explained the minor nature of it, and exactly where, and how Honda repaired it. Shocked with the entire vehicle's spotless condition, I took a hefty test drive to get the true feel of this 2010 Accord. This car was going to be for my step-son, so he and his mom joined me after 5:30. Their test drive sealed the deal. This car looked like it was still in the Honda showroom inside and out! As the night wore on, financing was arranged, multiple insurance binder communication delays, trouble verifying our sons new address, etc., the closing time of 7 PM came and went. FINALLY, everything came together with the assistance of almost the whole crew to make Dan's dream come true that evening. The courtesy, professionalism, and overall quality of their inventory certainly set Billy, and this great staff, apart from ANY DEALER experience to date! When we need to upgrade our vehicles, my wife and I will START at Georgia Best Motors. It'll save a lot of wasted time sorting through overpriced, sketchy vehicles which look great in pictures, but up close, were well worn and abused. Not to mention the typical used car HYPE!
