The car is in excellent condition, everyone thinks it's brand new. Previously I had never heard of this dealership until I had done an internet search while looking for vehicles. Initially, I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from them because I had not heard of them and their prices were just too good to be true. I'm so glad I did stumble across them and did my research. I can't say enough positive things about my experience or Billy. Billy was absolutely wonderful. Very personalbe and patient. He spent a lot of time with me over the course of several days test driving several vehicles. He even drove with me to their Gwinnette location to look at a vehicle that I was interested in, and when I found the car that I was serious about, he supported my decision to have it inspected by my own shop prior to purchase. Something that I really liked & respected about Billy from the very first day that made me come back, is that even though he wanted to make a sale he never pressured me the way that other salesman have tried to pressure me in the past when purchasing a car. I found everyone at this dealership to be very friendly & accomodating. The overall car buying process was also very quick, faster than when I've purchased in the past, and they really went out of their way to work with me when it came down to the numbers. Bait and Switch I called Atlanta Luxury Motors at the Union City location and talked to a sales rep and he confirmed the price and Carfax was correct. After driving an hour and a half to my parents, I called again to make sure everything was still correct and the car was still on the lot. I was told it was. I drove down there with my dad who took the time out of his day to look at it with me. After looking at the car by ourselves and waiting over an hour to see the sales rep, we finally met with him and test drove the car. I liked the car and we went inside to the discuss price. I asked to see the Carfax and everything matched up. I filled out the paperwork to get financing and he took it to management. After about 30 minutes the sales rep was informed that the price of the car was no longer $9999 and was now $11999. I was shocked; he said management said the car was selling for $12000 at auction so they would not honor the price. After arriving home I called and got the phone number for the manager. After talking to him he said that it was a misprint even though the price of $9999 was listed several times on the craigslist ad and I called down there to make sure the price was right. He proceeded to tell me it was a misprint which is a lie it wasn't an error it was a blatant price change. The definition of misprint is as follows, "a mistake (such as a spelling error) in something printed" this was not an error. The manager’s name was Mr. Hicks. He proceeded to say that the ad states they aren't responsible for a misprint. Here is what the ad states, "These are the standard features and specifications for this vehicle. Actual features may vary. Please see the details for this vehicle above. We do our best to list all the correct information, however we will not be bound by or responsible for any error or misprint in our advertisement. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the prices with the dealer as well as the existence and condition of any equipment listed. We may or may not have all the keys, owner's manuals, and floor mats, but we will be happy to obtain extra ones for you at our cost. Pricing subject to change without notice." However this wasn't an error or a misprint. And like their disclaimer states I did call and “verify the accuracy of the price with the dealer.” Mr. Hicks lied about the price and decided not to honor his word. I believe this is called bait and switch you decide. More

Even though I signed a contract relieving them of the responsibilities, they still fixed my car(about 600 bucks) for no cost. They found a mechanic in my area, purchased and shipped the parts and got everything up and running with no additional charges. Great and immediate service!! More

Great Dealership To Work With I was looking to buy my wife a new car and happened upon ALM. After searching the inventory on their web site I finaly found a car I thought my wife w I was looking to buy my wife a new car and happened upon ALM. After searching the inventory on their web site I finaly found a car I thought my wife would like. A 2012 Infiniti G37X with only 9,300 miles. I called and spoke with Billy and told him the car I wanted. The car was actually in Roswell which Billy promptly told me he would run up and bring the car down to Union City, which he did the next day. My wife and I came to the dealership to pick up the car that afternoon and found one gorgeous Infiniti. Billy was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable about the cars features and specs.
