Financing process was smooth sailing I had been browsing for a specific car online for a few weeks. I had originally made plans with another dealer to have my choice of car shipped to me, I had been browsing for a specific car online for a few weeks. I had originally made plans with another dealer to have my choice of car shipped to me, but, unfortunately, the deal fell through on the dealer's part, at the last minute. When I saw similar car at ALM South, I immediately made arrangements to go in to view/purchase the vehicle. Although my experience with the actual salesperson was less than stellar, Marques is great at what he does. I got a great rate for a young, first-time car buyer. He was professional, courteous and very helpful from the time we first sat down to begin the process. He kindly handled any and all (of the many!) questions or concerns I had and helped to calm my nerves about my first big-ticket purchase. He was very nice and friendly. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about the car and the various features. Mr. Lee also was very patient with me, as I asked 1,000 and 1 questions about the car. Then, the finance department (Mr. Marques Holloway) worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. Overall, this was a wonderful, stress free, and delightful experience.
