The sales process was excellent. Unfortunately, the paperwork to close the deal was incorrect and had to be corrected several times and found Nelly the documents overnighted to us. Also, the Carfax on the car said it had been serviced oil, change filters, etc. when I checked into the oil looked new and full, but the air filter and cabin filter were an absolute mess so I had to buy new ones. Lastly, it came with one car fob to start the car so we had to purchase another one for $400 after the fact. Wish we would’ve known that upfront . Otherwise a good experience. More
