Oil was leaking all over my car engine. This was my 1st oil changed there. My husband looked at the car because the car smelt like burning oil. In so many words, I am yet not satisfied with the service received on Sept 23rd of my vehicle. I was given a diagnostic of a major issue but was not told of the issue until after the initial request of servi received on Sept 23rd of my vehicle. I spoke with several mechanics for second and third opinions and they’ve both stated that what my vehicle needed was MAJOR and that should have been noticed at the beginning of my diagnostic not to have completed what I assumed was my issue.
