They want me to make an appointment to get the oil changed in my car. I try to make the appointment , they can not get it straight. I had my car towed to the dealership, was told the price and how long it would take to get my car serviced. I asked for a loaner car which they said they would arrange. my service advisor left without ever and how long it would take to get my car serviced.
