I brought my vehicle in to get a slow leak in my front passenger tire repaired and get scheduled maintenance done. I was there for 2 hours. It was still in the exact position that it was in before the tire rotation that I was told was performed. More

All the team members were professional and friendly. The wait time was a bit long, but everything else made up for it. The facility was very clean, including the restrooms, which I appreciated. Although I moved from Lithia Springs three years ago and now have to drive about 30 minutes (without traffic) to get here, I continue to choose this dealership because I trust them. That trust means a lot when it comes to vehicle service. More

Worse service department I have ever gone to. Went three times with a simple problem that they couldnt seem to fix, then went to local shop and they fixed it in 20 minutes. A half hour later they took me to the car, they had somehow l"lost" my keys but never told me the problem and NEVER apologized. Will never go back! More

After a routine oil change a week later the oil ran on the floor of my garage. Failed to repair window tint and paint protection film which the dealer did not disclose.
