Drive all the way there early morning and as I’m waiting inside the guy states my plan is expired and it will be out of pocket which I can’t afford since I just lost my job as I explained to the rep to please confirm it would be covered for free. Ended up leaving without an oil change and wasted gas. More

I had an appointment at 2 pm and my car was not finished until 4:30 pm. The service person should tell you when you arrive for your appointment if they are running behind and gave me the option if I wanted until 4:30 pm. I saw people come before me and leave before me and their service person kept them involved. I did not get the same treatment as other customers. I was highly disappointed. More
