I’ve been driving around with expired tags for two weeks and after making several attempts to understand the delays, I was told it was because an emissions test was not done on the car that I just purchased. I went to get an emissions test on my own and was told I would have to go to the dealership myself to pick up my tags or it would be mailed in 7 days. It’s been 10 days and still no tags or reimbursement. They also sold me on a warranty and I’ve been asking to be contacted. I’ve sent several emails, called several times. I finally got someone that said they called but no voicemail was left. I am someone who likes to and tries to leave good reviews for companies but I’ve had enough. Much work needs to be done at this dealership. This was so unfortunate. More
