I really don’t have the words to express my experience. But, I can say that my last service appointment was absolutely terrible, and the service that I initially received was less than acceptable. I went in for what I thought was a basic oil change and left with my car, smoking and oil all over the bottom of my vehicle, once I stopped I realize something was really wrong. The dealership then called and the service advisor informed me that I would need to schedule a time to bring my car back because they noticed some fluid on my car as I was leaving possibly from the engine it’s worth it to note that it was over 30 minutes before they contacted me to tell me this and I told him I’d be returning immediately as the car was smoking. Once I got back to the exit where the dealership is located my car began to go crazy on the sensors stating that there was no oil in my vehicle and I had trouble accelerating getting down the street. I can only drive about 10 mph upon getting back to the shop, I found out that it was not fluid all over the inside of my vehicle instead it was oil and that I should have been told this ahead of time and really my vehicle should’ve never left knowing that the cap wasn’t replaced and, there was some issues. I was able to get everything noted on my file however I still don’t have any confidence in the abilities of those who work in the dealership service department. More

I arrived (third car) line at 8:15 am for 8:30am appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee c appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. If my wife had not checked to see what the hold was up and why was our truck still sitting in line while others were being serviced I was told "they didn't know whose vehicle it was and that I was suppose to go to the counter inside service area".
