I was told that the free oil change coupon I had for a bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given 4 of them to make it right and to return to give them another chance but when I returned they told me they could give me an oil change for $80 which is the regular price. Very disappointing and will not return. More

I came for a safety recall, and after 90+ minutes the service center was unable to address the issue. They offered me no recourse other than to make another appointment and “maybe” it can be fixed next t service center was unable to address the issue. The recall simply required a software update, which they were unable to do successfully after 3 attempts More
