Bought used car for son My son needed a used car for transportation. ALM had recently taken in an Altima on trade. I met with Ken Dewberry for the review. The sales manager came to the table for the negotiations as opposed to the salesman wearing out the floor trekking to the managers office an back. A very refreshing experience. Ken was very professional and no pressure was applied. I bought the car subject to a pre purchase inspection. The inspection revealed that the car needed rear brakes and rotors. After presenting the info to Ken and ALM, they stepped up and repaired the brakes without any questions asked. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Ken and ALM. More

They have a good selection and price their cars at a no haggle price. Overall the buying experience was very easy. The vehicle I purchased needed be tires, which at the time of purchase the dealership had them in order. Once the tires came in we scheduled an appointment to have them put on my car. A process that should have taken less than an hour, ended up taking over 4 hours. Definitely a high breakdown in communication between the mechanics and the sales staff, I could not get a straight answer from anyone. That being said, I would buy here again, but make sure all maintenance is completed before you leave with your new car. More
